By playing Lexble you agree to these terms. They're short because Lexble is small.

Be decent

Don't use the game to harass, spam, or impersonate other players. Don't pick a username that's abusive or misleading. We may remove accounts that do any of these.

Cheating

Solvers, scripts, and automated play are against the spirit of the game. If we detect automation we reserve the right to remove scores or accounts.

Accounts and age

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 in jurisdictions that require a higher age for data consent). You're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; in most cases we'll let you know first.

Content

The game, the boards, the dictionaries, the design and the code are ours (or used under license). The username you pick and any text you enter is yours — by using it in Lexble you grant us a limited license to display it where the game needs to (for example, on the leaderboard).

No warranty and liability

Lexble is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It might be unavailable or lose data (we'll try hard not to, but we can't promise). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything related to Lexble is capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months — which, since Lexble is free, will usually be zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country grant you the right to a different forum.

Changes

We might update these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
